We are a B2B translation services provider, so we do not undertake translation requests from private individuals.
If you have never worked with Planet Languages before, simply email us at post@planetlanguages.com with your source files and any relevant information, such as the services and languages required and your deadline. Our Project Management team will review your request and get in touch with our quote or to request more information if needed.

If you are an existing customer, please contact your dedicated Project Manager or send us a quote request directly from your Customer Portal.
Absolutely! We take confidentiality very seriously and treat all information we receive as confidential. Furthermore, we carefully manage and restrict access to confidential and, in particular, personal data. The Planet Languages employees, suppliers or subcontractors who do access confidential information only do so as part of their work, to help us ensure we fulfil the contractual requirements agreed with our clients and suppliers.
We can accommodate most file formats and, when the text is editable, deliver the localized content in the same format in which you sent us the source text. If your content is given to us in a non-editable format, we can still extract the text and our project manager will then be sure to advise on the most time- and cost-efficient options for you.
If you have never worked with Planet Languages before, simply email us at post@planetlanguages.com attaching your source files and including any relevant information such as the services and languages required; one of our Project Managers will be sure to get back to you promptly. If your files are very large (typically over 15 MB), please use a file sharing platform to ensure the email comes through without any delays. If you are already one of our valued customers, contact your dedicated Project Manager or use the file sharing system from within your Customer Portal where there are no file size limitations.
Your dedicated project manager will keep you informed with regular status updates at every stage of the project. If you have not yet received your secure credentials for our Customer Portal, be sure to ask your Project Manager to provide you with login details so that you can take advantage of the project monitoring and reporting features 24/7 directly within your portal.
