We are a dedicated team of linguists, who are all passionate about languages. Over the years, we have developed our own comprehensive project manager training programme, aimed at producing some of the very best translation project managers in the industry. Trainee project managers often join us as young language graduates, either straight out of university, or with a couple of years’ work experience. Unlike many of our competitors, we invest a minimum of six months in training each new project manager. Only once they have shown themselves to excel in every aspect of the role, will project managers be allowed to have direct contact with clients.
When a single multilingual project involves dozens of people across the world, including translators, revisers, typesetters and regional offices – you need professional project managers to control every aspect of your job. Our most demanding, multilingual campaigns are only ever handled by our most experienced Senior Project Managers. Typically, it takes between a year and eighteen months for our Project Managers to reach this level.
Our highly trained project management team currently comprises: our Operations Director, two Senior Project Managers, four Project Managers and one Trainee Project Manager. We also have two in-house translators.
